Mpinga Chipeta – Founder & Chief Architect
Mpinga Chipeta is a seasoned software engineer and technology leader with
over eight years of hands-on experience building scalable, enterprise-grade
solutions across finance, education, and public sector systems. As Founder
and Chief Architect of Synthexcore, he drives the vision to deliver intuitive,
high-performance software that empowers businesses to innovate and operate with
precision in a digital-first world.
Mpinga leads ERP development, ERP integrations, and multisector innovations. He previously
played a pivotal role at the Zambia Revenue Authority (ZRA) project through
The Copperbelt University, where he spearheaded critical modules—including Withholding VAT,
VAT Returns, Refunds, and Debt Recovery—as lead developer. His work at ZRA streamlined
these processes, enhancing compliance and operational efficiency for one of Zambia’s
largest public institutions. A graduate of The Copperbelt University with a
BSc in Computer Science and driven by a passion for solving
real-world challenges through code, Mpinga founded Synthexcore to
bridge cutting-edge technology with practical impact—crafting secure, scalable systems that
